Four rows of adjustable waist elastic for comfortable. Waist: 26 to 45 inches (Adjustable with 3 rows of elastic band). The elastic band was tied together, you can untied it if need to adjust the waist size. Quality 35% cotton / 65% polyester fabric, one size fits most, adult women's Size. The length of the skirt from top waist to bottom hem is 29 inches.
